Between 2007 and 2009 there were multiple sightings of UFOs nationwide across Turkey and reports filed with SIRIUS which is Turkey's primary research organization. The objects in the video were several feet in the air over the Sea of Marmara and filmed from the shore. The various videos have been analyzed multiple times including by the Scientific and Technology Research Board of Turkey which is a highly skeptical group that was unable to find evidence of a hoax. They released a 2 page report on national television, that they were unable to find any manipulation of the mini DV video. TUBIAK Report
Below are single images, video, and analysis which appear to show what could be occupants within the craft. The objects in the footage were in the sky over the sea filmed from the shoreline. It is important to note that there were multiple witnesses.

It is important to note that these unknown aerial objects were filmed hovering in the air over the sea that borders the country of Turkey. In that area there are no oil platforms, lighthouses, structures, or anything that is plausible.

A respected video analyst, by the name of Mario Valdes, from Chile examined the originals
attempting to bring out more detail. He went into the process very skeptical. He used reliable techniques to
improve the quality and extract more data without altering the original image data.
Below are samples containing some of the images he was able to extract
from the videos. Witnesses also described seeing figures inside the
craft that were engaged in some kind of activity. If you want to check for yourself examine the 2009 original video using VLC player and zoom in at max while playing at slow speed. Below are close ups taken directly from the video.

There Is Movement
In several instances there are parts of the video that show some kind of movement inside.

If humanoid, where is there room in that window for the torso, legs? The curvature of the
ReplyDeletecraft doesn't look to allow room for a human like form to be sitting or standing so close to a portal.
If they are grays (and they look like it), they are much smaller than humans -- usually reported to be 3-4 feet tall. Also, there could be camera distortion of the craft and beings. So I wouldn't rule out grays being able to stand/sit so close to the portal.

ReplyDelete@anymous#3: I was thinking the same about proportion. Then the thought came to me: there may be a pressurized transparent glass-like (transparent aluminum?) substance covering the port. I believe it would magnify the occupants to make them look larger than they are.

ReplyDeleteHi everybody (this is not Roger Leir) however about the lights. Some are suggesting that the lights are actually some sort of plasma effect that could be due to the objects changing their configuration or powering on and or powering off. This is just a hypothesis and a speculation but the craft do not appear to have lights on them. Gravity and light are related which can result in odd effects when a gravity field is present. ReplyDeleteFor those who may be scared after looking at these entities there are a couple things that may look at these things in a better light. 1. If you have not been abducted yet in your life you most likely never will because the aliens start at a very young age and abduct in family lines. They don't just come in and pick up on anyone. 2. They always bring people back and there is no evidence they are here to eat us etc. 3. The mantis may be the scariest looking but many abductees report that they seem to be the most emotional.

ReplyDeleteDr. Leir does not sound, nor is he drunk. If you listen to other instances of his talks or interviews he sounds exactly the same. It is simply his speaking style which is IMHO country-doctor-sounding. Nothing wrong with that. The video is very interesting.
